How Can I Track My Order

Tracking numbers are allocated to parcels once they are dispatched (typically within 1-3 business days). Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number along with a link to monitor the shipment's status.

Can I Connect to Video Frame from my Phone?

Yes, you can connect from any device: phone, tablet, or computer.

The set includes a charging cable that terminates in a USB connector, which is crucial for connection.

If your device lacks a USB port, you can use an adapter. We offer various options on our website, including USB to Type-C, USB to Lightning, and USB to Micro USB adapters.

How to Upload?

1. 💻 Connect your Nostalgia Frame™ to your Windows/Mac Laptop via the provided USB cable (Definitely the one that comes in the set). Please ensure that the USB is connected firmly. If you connected correctly, an inscription “usb device is connecting now” will appear on the frame.


2. 📁 Once the USB is connected to your laptop, a driver folder will appear on your desktop. (You can load up to 1GB of videos or photos). Arrange them in your desired order for a continuous loop display. If you load only one file, it will be played in a continuous loop.



3. ⏏️ Drag and drop video files to video folder or if you'd like to add photos add them to the photo folder. 


Please make sure that your video/image file resolution is 480*854px and in one of these formats: MP4, AVI, MKV, JPG, BMP, PNG. Side note that all video must be 720p or under quality for it to work.


🌟 Once you've successfully uploaded the files, now you can disconnect the frame from your computer and endlessly replay your lovely memories! You can of course swap out your videos endlessly by deleting old ones and adding new ones.

How to Switch Videos?

If you have more than 1 video uploaded and you do not want them to play one after another, then follow the following instructions:


1️⃣ Turn on the frame. Press the button “volume “ for 3 seconds.


2️⃣ On the display you will see all your downloaded videos. Fast press the button “volume” to move down from one video to another. 


Don't make the mistake of press the button “off” . If you accidentally pressed off, turn on the frame and return to the first step.


3️⃣ Stop at the video you want to play. And press the volume button for 3 seconds. Now you will only have this video to play.


📍If you want all the videos to play one after another again, then simply turn the frame off and on.


📍If you want to change the sequence of all videos, you will need to connect the frame to the computer using a USB cable and change the videos in the folder in the sequence you want.

Which Currency Will Be Used When I Place My Order?

All listed prices on our website are displayed in the currency you select. For international orders, the exchange rate applied is determined by the bank that issued your credit or debit card. If a refund is issued, the full amount will be returned to the original payment method. Please be aware that we are not responsible for variations caused by fluctuations in exchange rates.

Do I need to pay tax?

Usually, it depends on the country where you are based. If needed, you will pay for it after.
